Kim Katz (Oak Park, Il) celebrated her 29th birthday by running the Lake Front 10 miler (as in Lake Front of Chicago) in 1:25:21
Jeremy Anderson ran a 18:25 5k in Ravenswood, Illinois. This was a 1 minute P.R. for Jeremy!!!
Cody Hanson (Santa Fe, N.M.) and Susan Johnson (Denver, Co) represented MHM well at the Atomic Man duathlon in New Mexico. Cody (who has shed his Clydesdale designation to race with the age groupers) took 10th overall and 1st in his age group. Susan was 3rd female overall and 1st in her age group.
