How You Train Makes a Difference!!

It is critical for performance that triathletes and endurance athletes incorporate core strength into their weekly routines. By doing so consistently, you will improve your speed and efficiencies and decrease the risk of over use injuries. The coaches at Mile High Multisport have put together a core strength series which will help you using minimal equipment. We encourage you to start each routine with a good psoas, glute, hip and lower back stretch. These simple routines done 3-4 times a week will provide you the core strength you need to perform at your best as an Endurance Athlete.
