Congratulations to Steve Uccello on his 7th place age group finish at the Chilly Cheeks #3 Duathlon held at Cherry Creek State Park. Steve finished the 10.5 mile bike and 4 mile run in 1:01:34.Future MHM athlete Susan Johnson also competed today and placed 2nd in her age classification with a 1:08:31 finish.

Mile High Multisport team apparel is cheduled to arrive at the end of the month. I have ordered a limited amount of extras in various sizes. These will be sold on a first come basis. If there is enough interest we can talk about placing another order in early summer. There are plenty of swim jammers and womens swim suits available. Everyone should be starting to think ahead to the first few races of the season. The winter months have been spent working on limiters, improving core strength and setting a solid base of training. We are soon approaching the time of year when the intensity of workouts begins to pick up. Clean up those bikes and get ready to start heading outdoors. In the near future all this cold and snow will soon be behind us.
